Warranty

Limited warranty to the consumer, LUMORRO warrants this product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. If this product should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge within two (2) years for the host unit and six (6) months for the battery from the date of purchase of the product. Please include complete information on the problem, a copy of the original dated sales receipt from an authorized Lumorro Dealer or Reseller, your name, address, and contact number or email address.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Normal wear and tear of the equipment
   
   
2. Defects and damages due to the equipment being used other than in the recommended manner.
   
   
3. Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications being carried out.
   
   
4. Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident howsoever caused.
   
   
5. Defects or damage arising from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification.
   
   
6. Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust, or the use of wrong voltage.
